Windows 8 Release 2012 software giant Microsoft Overview

While it is the first anniversary celebration of Windows 7, software giant Microsoft, states, "Microsoft has sold 90 million copies of Windows 7 to date, making it the fastest-selling operating system in history" - Peter Klein, chief financial officer Microsoft, earlier this week in Media and Telecom Conference at the Morgan Stanley Technology dealt with the Microsoft's financial expectations and discussion about Microsoft's product outlook for the coming year.

Microsoft though already termed about Windows 8, unfolds with words "release of Windows 8" which is expected to be its major coming up with Windows app store just like Mac App Store now, while Apple had recently showed a sneak peek into its next major operating system release - Mac OS X Lion.

On the Microsoft Dutch site, the software giant had posted that the next Windows operating system will be released two years from now.

Most Probably Windows 8 would land about three years after the release of Windows 7, and before that, Microsoft will certainly release Service Pack 1 and Service Pack 2 for Windows 7.

However,the news updated by Microsoft itself was later pulled down in Dutch News site.
